Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Ventory.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• Registration is required to post vents, comment, reply, react, like, or dislike.
• Registration may be completed using Google sign-in or phone number verification.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Anonymity and User Content

• Users may post vents anonymously.
• Content may include text and audio submissions.
• By submitting content, you grant Ventory a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, explicit, unlawful, or encouraging self-harm.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, Services, servers, or networks.
• Use Ventory for advertising, spam, or commercial solicitation.

5. Content Moderation

• Ventory provides reporting tools for users to flag inappropriate content.
• Ventory may remove, block, or disable content or accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
• Ventory is not responsible for user-generated content and disclaims all liability arising from it.

6. Crisis Disclaimer

• If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, please contact your local emergency number or a professional mental health hotline immediately.

7. Privacy and Data

• By using Ventory, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Users may request account deletion by contacting get.ventory@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

• Ventory retains ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in the App and Services (excluding user-generated content).
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Ventory is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or service interruptions.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use of Ventory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ventory from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

• Ventory may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to Terms

• Ventory reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
